I need the truck sold asap The truck books from 4000 to 5000 without any of the mods....just the lift kit was almost 2k, add in a set of 35" tires, custom bumpers, exhaust.....there is alot into this truck and it was done right, but it has been sitting for a while and will need some minor work to return to former glory. It is a projct truck, but a good running project truck that could be finished easily in a weekend. I don't have the time space or drive to do it.....so IT NEEDS TO BE SOLD ASAP but please do not lowball. 5 DAY AUCTION. NO RESERVE. THE AUCTION ENDS FRIDAY NOVEMBER 5TH. THE AUCTION WILL NOT END EARLY. 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SPORT 4x4 116k Miles Very highly optioned truck from the factory - sport package, power everything, cruise control, ac, tilt wheel, sliding rear window 5.9L V8, auto trans, 4wd (transfer case replaced 2 months ago) 4x4 works great. 6ft Bed. Some of the mods are: FABTECH 6" LIFT w/ steering stablilzer 35" BFG tires on 16" crager wheels Side exit twin tip stainless Magnaflow exhaust -great sound K&N Typhoon intake Throttle body spacer RM custom tube bumper with skid plate Bed pad wired for fog lights front and rear, switches already done. Plug in your lights and go. 2 Brand new fenders Rain guards Titnted glass im sure there is more im forgetting.... What needs to be done: Paint. The factry paint is decent, but I would paint the entire truck not just the fenders. The truck is dirty and needs a wash. Fenders: The inner fender linings need to be re installed. The linings DO come with the truck. The fuse box, battery box ect need to be bolted back on (bolt onto the fender liner) RM bumpers: Very expensive, very well made pieces. The white is primer, it was such a close match I never painted it. Skid plate is only on for the picture and will need to be fully bolted up. Rear bumper is not included Tires: 2 Tires are ok, 1 tire has a little life left and one tire is completely shot. THE FACTORY RIMS AND 31" TIRES (4) ARE INCLUDED ONLY IF THE PRICE IS OVER $2500. TWO SPARES ARE INCLUDED REGARDLESS OF PRICE. Rust: There is NOT much rust on the truck. The only real rust that I found is the very bottom of the doors/cab. (see picture, drivers side) Not bad at all. The passanger side has similar rust but it looks like the repair has been started and almost completed. Nothing that your painter would be able to finish. Body is in very good shape with only minor dings. Frame is solid. Bed looks rust free. Brakes: Brakes are very soft from sitting and the truck will need to be towed. No problems with the brakes before the truck was parked. Battery: Will need a new battery (or charge the current one) to run Interior: Is in very good shape with only minor blemishes. There is one tear in the seat from getting in an out, the normal dodge tear. Im not a mechanic, but I described the truck as best as possible. I reccommend seeing the truck in person before bidding if possible. $250 deposit due via paypal at the auctions end. Located in BAY SHORE NY 11706 (long island), plan accordingly BEFORE BIDDING.
