1968 DODGE CORONET R/T CONVERTIBLE CLONE Your bidding on a 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T convertible clone . It has a rebuilt 440 motor and rebuilt 727 automatic trans . The car was a Georgia car and was in great almost rust free car when we started . The frames in good shape, along with the body . The floor pans were not rusted , and also the trunk is in great shape . You will see in some of the pics the floors prior to the new carpet going in and there in rust free shape also . Its hard to find a convertible not all rusted up to start with The car has the following new items : New interior New carpet New front windshield New weatherstripping New window fuzzies New rocker panels New dash pad New convertible top power ( the correct material and pattern ) New trunk mat Re - chromed bumpers The car runs great , and there are a few things that need some attention . The windshield washers dont work , along with the radio which is original . We never messed with it it could be a fuse ,we will check it out . Theres a few blems in the paint . The restoration on the car was done about 3 years ago . The under carriage is clean and not all greased up . We undercoated it, not to cover up , just to protect , and it looks really nice . Winning bidder to pay within 7 days after the close of the auction , with a deposit of $1000.00 within 3days after the close of the auction , and balance within 7 days after the close of the auction .
