I purchased the car from the owners of Mustang Magic in Freemont, California in 2004. They did most of the work on the car and I have a 5 page list of the work they did. When I purchased the car, I drove it from Northern California to central Texas with no problems. Since then, I have changed the oil, tuned it up, made other minor repairs and installed new tires, installed a tach, floor mats, installed correct wheels and hub caps and other items. It has been driven very little during the time I have owned it. Also, it has been stored inside for the past 6 + years that I have owned it. I drive it a few miles per month to keep it in shape. (I have others that I drive) This car is a good driver and would be very kool, rare color combo Mustang if restored. THE GOOD Exterior Original Burnt Amber Paint (not very common color combo) Not wrecked or rusted out (some minor dents and rust) Exterior Décor Trim (remote driver mirror, passenger mirror, pop open gas cap, trunk lid & qtr moldings, rocker panel molding, wheel opening moldings, fog lights (wiring not connected), blinker hood New Tires (Less then 1000miles on tires) Nice original hub caps Interior Original Seat Vinyl in great condition (New TMI seat vinyl included in sale. See pic) Original Chocolate brown colored dash pad (Excellent condition) New Door Panels (TMI) New wind lace (TMI) New Arm Rests Original Ford Console (Excellent Condition) Deluxe Seat Belts New Carpet New Deluxe Carpeted Floor Mats w/Running Horse Logo Interior of doors and rear qtr panels re-painted New Steering Wheel and pad New Dash Bezel, Lenses & Trim Rebuilt Dash cluster New Kick panels New 8000 RPM Tach (In clock location) KENWOOD Stereo cassette Rear 6X9 Speakers New Dash Speaker New Dome Bezel & Lens New shift boot New pedal pads and trim New trunk mat Over-head console included separately Engine Under Hood Wiring Harness Pertonix Electronic ignition and Flame-Thrower coil Modine 2-row rad Tuned-up oil & filter change Runs fine but needs carb rebuilt More…. Suspension New Export brace New shocks GT Sway-bar and new bushings THE BAD Needs paint and minor body work. Paint is thin in areas and has scratches and dings. The paint on a few areas of the roof is thin and the primer paint is showing through. Left Rear Quarter has small dent. Was repaired and painted before I bought the car. (See picture. Repaired dent area outlined with blue tape) Right rear quarter has small dent. Done before I bought the car. Not repaired but metal worked out. (See picture. Dented area outlined with blue tape) Driver floor pan has rust through about 12in diameter (easy repair) Pencil size rust hole a few inches from rear window Right front head light bucket damaged. Good OEM bucket will be included with sale of car. (See pic) Driver door lower hinge damaged. Good OEM hinge will be included with sale of car Passenger door lock sticks Doors, windows locks etc. need adjustment Needs carb rebuilt Other minor mechanical repairs needed THE UGLY There is nothing ugly about this car. I have 6 Mustangs and I no longer have the time or money to finish this car the way I wanted. I will also be selling a 69 Grande and a 69 Convertible soon
