You are bidding on a nice but not perfect Super Beetle, 1973, with the 1600 CC engine, The car sat in a garage for the past 5 years. waiting to be restored. the car has the following items replaced since my ownership: New Brake system to include the Master Cylinder, Wheel Cylinders, Pads, and Lines. Three out of the 4 fenders were replaced, due to dings not rust. the Bumpers running Boards, and new Window Seals all around except the windshield, there is a new Seal for it but has not been installed. The front Seat covers are new, and the floor Carpet is new. The engine runs excellent, and the Transaxle shifts without hesitation. I have not driven the Vehicle 50 miles since this work was done, and Personnal affairs have taken me away form working on vehicles at this time. The interior is nice with a few cracks on the dash, but other wise the door skins are very good. When I replaced the carpet the Floor pans appeared to be in good condition, the Battery box is also very good. One place that VW's usally go. I am selling This Vehilce as is, Where is, with No Warranty Inplied or given. There will be a $500 deposit thru paypal with 24 hrs of close of auction, the balance 5 days after. You must also pick up the vehilce within one week of close of auction, or call for other arrangements.
