You are bidding on a 1965 Ford Fairlane that is simply beautiful. This little classic has new paint, new interior, five new raised white letter tires, five new Cragar mag style wheels, chrome Hooker header's with new flowmaster exhaust and chrome, chrome, chrome on the engine. According to the last owner it is powered by the super strong 289 cubic inch engine that has been punched out .30 over with a mild cam giving it the raw power it deserves and, it has dual Edelbrock four barrel carbs to send a message to the engine when you depress the accelerator. The car is not set up for racing, just a nice little ride to go to car shows, cruise in's or, tooling around town. The engine is coupled to a C-4 automatic tranny and it shifts nice and smooth. The interior is very nice and the dash has not been cut up or demolished like so many others in an attempt to install an aftermarket sound system. The original radio is still in it's place. The floor pans and trunk are in good shape as you can see by the photos and I tried to get a side shot to show how straight it is down the length of the car. As far as any negatives about this car, I can tell you that the heater core has been bypassed so it probably will need a new one installed. I'm not a mechanic so I am guessing it will.
