1969 AMC AMX 390 4-Speed Go-Pak in Bittersweet Orange with Tan Interior. The interior appears to have original carpet, upholstery, radio, and gauges. This car has 24,596 Original Miles, Original Paint, and overall is very Stock and Original. It was owned by a merchant marine who was not able to drive it very often because of his job. One look around this car and you will see that the mileage is correct, and the condition and originality of this fine AMX verifies the mileage. This car was never wrecked, or abused. It has been stored indoors it's entire life. It is not a rot box, and the trunk pan, lower quarter panels, and frame rails are solid. There are not many of these cars left in the world, especially low mileage cars like this. Before I am flooded with emails from AMX'ers, I would like to point out that the seat belt date codes read 68-3, indicating this is an early production for the 1969 model year, hence the 1968 4-Speed shifter and any other tid-bits left over from the 1968 production. This was a common production line practice and I have seen other AMX's and Javelin's like this. The VIN is riveted to the dash as was done for 1969 AMX's, and the car is correctly titled as a 1969 also. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Please ask if you have any questions.
