Here we have a rare original owner 1966 Porsche 912 Coupe. Short Wheel Base (SWB), 4 speed. This matching #'s Porsche, is a Bone Dry, and an original California Car, with its original Black Plates still attached....Owned for the last 44 years by the same owner. ***What has been done to the vehicle: Complete Engine Overhaul (3900 miles on rebuilt engine) New Weber Carburetors Electric Fuel Pump Replaced clutch (4200 miles) Newer Battery (2 years old) Bare metal, stripped paint job, 10 years ago, to Porsche Polo Red (6602)--(original color Bahama Yellow (6605). At the same time of the painting, a new Black LEATHER interior, replaced the original black leatherette interior. The stitching matches the original porsche interior exactly. Dash board and side panels are still the original black leatherette in near perfect condition. This is a solid 1966 California Porsche in amazing condition. Rare 5 gauge dash, with All of the original gauges All but one are working, including the VDO Clock...(just the outside tempurature gauge is not working). Original working, Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio, that comes with the original 1966 manual. Original, Spare tire rim, Car Manual/Brochure, Service book (Stamped & signed by the original dealer), that all document history to the original owner, who purchased the vehicle from Four J Motors, in Huntington Park, Ca., on July 29th 1966....This vehicle also has its original Jack, and Tool Bag...I have put together a folder, for the vehicle, to include pictures of the paint job, and engine rebuilding, also to include some receipts, and old insurance/registration documents.....+ it will come with a "Certificate of Authenticity", just issued to me by Porsche. You will not find another 1 owner, Original California Black Plate vehicle, in this condition!
