THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION! You bid it's yours. Ask your wife and bid only if you are ready to purchase this car. This is a 1966 Mercury Comet Caliente. It runs and drives great. It has the 4bbl 289 and 4spd transmission. New radiator, new fuel pump, new MSD wires, cap, rotor, plugs, Petronix ignition, Optima red top battery, New Jensen CD/DVD player, like new Cooper Cobra tires, K&N air filter, dual exhaust, new Auto Guage shift light tachometer. It has factory A/C that works but needs to be charged, it is still R12. It does have an 8" rear end but I'm not sure what gear set. It runs 70mph at 2200 rpm. The floor pans on this car are emaculate. We just attended Cruisin' the Coast which is 7 days of straight cruising in very heavy traffic and had no issues at all. We put hundreds of miles on it. The paint is in great shape. The interior is original, but still in good shape. The speedometer doesn't work. This is a super nice car and ready to cruise. Buyer responsible for shipping or pickup.
