Vehicle Detail
Ok here it is! No Reserve! This is a very nice 1967 Coronet 440. It’s a super clean car, no rust anywhere except a small quarter size hole in the trunk pan very small. Everything else is super clean. Underneath the doors, floors, trunk, fender wells, frame and under hood. It’s all the original body panels! The original color is Teal with black interior. We basically scuffed the car; it was so clean and painted it about 6 years ago. It looks really good, but not a high dollar job. I filled the emblem holes on the quarters and put all R/T Emblems and the R/T rear finish panel and taillights. It’s clean inside for the age, the seats are nice but original, and I think the driver’s seat has a small tear in the side of the seat. It’s small. I think the back seat has one little rip spot as well. Very small also but overall it looks good. I put a new carpet in it also. It needs a headliner, and some new scuff plates. It’s a 400 Big Block completely stock, with correct 67 exhaust manifolds. Everything is there like a lot of the detail stuff, kick down linkage, hold downs, etc. and they work! I just tuned it up with new, plugs, plug wires, complete new Distributor. New belts, hoses and I put a new 750 Edelbrock carb on it and correct R/T Air Cleaner. Also a brand new Aluminum 4 row Radiator guaranteed to cool up to 850HP. This was an A/C car so it could easily be one again. I don’t have the compressor or brackets though. It’s a 727 Torque Flite Trans that shifts nice and firm, passing gear works. It’s an 8 ¾ rear end with 3:23 sure grip. The whole rear ends been redone from the Brake drums in. New drums, all brake hardware, and E-brake hardware, wheel cylinders, new pre-formed brake lines, master cylinder, new U-joints. I also put a brand new Gas tank, sending unit 3/8, new locking ring & gasket, filler tube gasket and rubber lines. This is a very nice car, not a restored car, but very nice! Super solid, very clean, runs and drives fine. I was going for the WO23 look, I like it. It’s a very expensive quality WO23 repo scoop from a factory original. This car is a great driver but needs a couple small things as I mentioned to be complete. Or if you have ideas this is a super foundation to build a resto mod or ? It could use a good exhaust system, it goes back to the rear end now and I do have the factory correct tail pipes in nice shape not very old. So it could use an H-pipe and mufflers and as I said I have the tail pipes. If you have any questions or would like pictures of anything feel free. Or if you would like to discuss buying the car leave me a number as I can respond quicker. I will respond to all mail though. Also CLICK ON THE IMAGES TO ENLARGE THEM. Thanks and Good Luck!
