This is a true 1 of a kind. 1979 Corvette right hand drive with T-TOPS. This car has been fully built and is truely beautiful as the pictures show. I will do my best to name everything that has been done to the car. You can search some blogs and will find that this car was on ebay a couple of years ago and the description by the owner at that time listed $80,000 in the build on this vette. It drives as good as it looks and is without a doubt a head turner. The exterior is very nice and the lines are all straight and true. The paint and body are amazing and I have taken it to some custom shops to get an idea on the price this would have taken to do. There are no body lines on the car. There is no tail or front nose. It has all been molded and blended with fiberglass. The door handles have also been shaved and are on remote poppers and interior poppers. The blue metallic paint is awesome and is obviously many stages. The shops I visited said it would be between $18-20k to duplicate this bodywork and paint. The mechanics are excellent and with a fresh crate 350 V8 and turbo 350 trans you will have no issues in the near future. Valve covers are raised but I am not sure what work might have been done. Upgraded exhaust form the headers back gives the car a very aggressive and throaty sound. Suspension, rear end and front end components are all recent. Lots of power on take off and shifting is smooth thru all gears. Steering is tight and braking is excellent. Vintage Air AC system blows ice cold and puts out large volume and costs around $3-4k to have one installed. Cragar wheels with new tires. The interior is very nice seats show some wear. Carpet is excellent. Aftermarket stereo and speakers are connected and working. T-tops seal and there are no leaks. Driver side t-top panel/cover is not there. I have a set of mirror glass t-tops that can be purchased for $600 by the winning bidder if wanted. This car was not originally right hand drive. It was converted and built that way. This is not a chop job or high school project. This car was obviously professionally converted and made to look like it came from the factory that way. From what I have read most of the parts were ordered out of Australia. The labor hours to do this are unreal to say the least. I am sure that $30-35k of the build price is tied up in this. Dealers and resellers are welcome. I am sure that this car would bring big money overseas to the right buyer but I dont have the time or contacts to do that. This car is rust free and the under carriage is clean. I do not know the value of this car so I am starting it at $.99 and letting you guys decide. The car is for sale locally. I have done my best to describe the car honestly. I did not build it and did not get to meet the previous owner to ask questions about why or how. My description comes from personal observation, my mechanics input and research on google. You are encouraged to inspect the vehicle yourself or call with any questions. I know buying on ebay can be a little nerve racking so I will do my best to help in any way. The only things that I know of that will need attention is the windhshield wipers wich work when they want to. It is either wiring or a new wiper motor.
