1970 Honda Trail CT70H KO Manufactured 9/70, Vin# CT70H-134808, Engine# CT70HE-135053 Miles: 3,051 Up for auction is a 1970 Honda CT70H (4-speed), that has been completely restored. The bike was stripped all the way down to the frame and restored with all orginal OEM Honda parts or the orginal parts that came on the bike from 1970. The bike is in excellent condtion, every nut and bolt was either cleaned or replaced. The bike does not come with a title, but I will write a bill of sale. BEFORE BIDDING PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE DISCRIPTION, AND REVIEW THE PAYMENT AND SHIPPING DETAILS. FRAME: The frame was completely stripped and repainted with a 3 stage(Base Coat, Candy Coat, Clear Coat) OEM Honda Ruby RED(there is a couple of small dust fibers in the paint, but they are very difficult to see). The bike has new OEM Honda front and rear chrome fenders, rechromed orginal skid plate, new chrome spark plug guard, orginal seat from 1970 in good condition, (there is one very small hole on the top rear of the seat, maybe 1/16" round) rechromed tail light bracket, new OEM honda decals, new chrome upper frame molding, new wiring harness, new ignition switch, new battery, new rubber battery cover, new fuel cap, new OEM chrome grab handle. The bike has the orginal handle bars from 1970 (NOT BENT, LIKE NEW), new levers and cables. The frame and every peice that bolts to the frame has either been replaced or refurbished. It is missing the tool kit that goes under the seat. ENGINE: The engine was completely gone through by the local Honda shop, they replaced the top end, (piston, rings, valves, valve springs, rocker arms) they also replaced the points, condenser, seals and rebuilt the carb. Has a new air filter, new rubber boots on the shifter and kick lever, new chain, new OEM honda exhaust. The engine runs great, has maybe 10 miles on it since it has been rebuilt Wheels: New tires and tubes were installed, the rims were stripped and repainted to match the stock rims.
