1947 Chevy Coupe. Car is set up on a S-10 front stub & air bagged. Rear section is custom using a S-10 rear end and leaf springs. Motor is a 472 cad, Aluminum intake and Edelbrock 750 carb, and flow master mufflers. Have driven car for several years and its time to make some room in the shop. Body mods include, chopped, channeled, shaved handles and moulded rear fenders, custom floor pan, smoothed fire wall, and tilt / telescopic Cadillac steering column, and I'm sure I missed a few.... Motor runs good but does have a slight noise, sounds like a lifter but not sure. Carries good oil pressure and drives great. Interior is basic....seats, dash, and steering column. Front and rear windows are installed, no door glass, rear quarters have tinted plexiglass for looks. Have had this car at the MoKan drags and best time was a 14.29 and will smoke the rear tire thru the 1/8th mile. Body work is presentable and is setting in black suede. Grille is 46 chevy and top bar has been painted due to lil pitting. All in all, its gets lots of attention at car shows and has the motor to backup the looks. Everything on this car is custom and could use some finishing here and there or drive the hell out of it the way it is, like I have. Extra parts and garnish moldings go with the car, extra stainless, decklid hinges, etc. First and last picture is before hood, stainless, and changed air cleaner. Olds air cleaner not in auction.
