This 2003 Jetta has all of that, plus its in very good condition and it runs great.This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road slat and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. The exterior is in very nice shape. There are no significant dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. There are a few small spots that have been brush-touched, mostly on the left rear quarter around the wheel lip. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. The interior is also in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the cloth seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. There is some minor wear on the driver's door panel - typical of Jettas of this generation. The rear seat is also in good shape. You can fold down either or both of the rear seats. This VW offers some nice comfort and convenience features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold air conditioning; AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo; tilt & telescopic wheel, cruise control, and much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. It has a five-speed manual transmission. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags and ABS. The manual is with the car. The trunk is roomy for a compact car - and its clean. The 1.9 liter turbodiesel motor runs very well. Its window-sticker rated at 42/49 mpg with the 5 speed manual transmission. The car now has 167,118 miles on it. Autocheck shows accurate mileage an no problems of any kind. This car may be driven, so there will probably be a few more miles on it by the time the auction is over. The tires have very good tread. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards or Paypal. If you are the winner, a 10% deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent . Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
