Notice of Sale of Public Property Not Needed for Public Purposes Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Waldwick that the Borough shall conduct a sale of surplus property online. The address of the auction site is www.ebay.com. The surplus property is being sold in an “as is” condition without express or implied warranties. The online auction will be held on or about 3 p.m. on October 13, 2010 and the surplus property being sold is as follows: 1- 1997 Ford F-150 - VIN # 1FTEF1761VNC12596 with an odometer reading of 114,820. This vehicle has a rotted floor on the driver side and rust is visible on the exterior. 2- Fiberglass Truck Cap formerly on a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado Said property shall be sold subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The surplus property identified above shall be sold in “as is” condition without express or implied warranties. 2. The successful bidder will be required to pay in cash or certified check made out to the Borough of Waldwick at the time of pick-up. 3. The Borough will not deliver items to the successful bidder and the transfer of title, payment and removal off our site is to occur within five business days after the sale has occurred. 4. Each bidder will be required to pre-register with eBay at www.ebay.com prior to the sale.
