2007 Jeep Liberty vehicle for sale on an "AS IS" basis (which means as Buyer you will pay for all costs, including but not limited to, any repairs. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral or written statements about this vehicle. Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranty or warranty of merchantability. This jeep is typical of a 2007 jeep liberty. Known items include it was recently serviced beginning of October by Dublin, CA Jeep dealer and received an oil change, 16 point vehicle inspection, new rear brakes and 2 rotors were replaced, and new engine sensor put on. Electronic windows go up and down but as is the case with 2007 jeep liberty SUV's there is some rattling noise with the windows when you let them down, but Seller has not experienced any window breaking, and has had similar experience with an Acura car as well. Known also is slight distance between hood components, Dublin dealer mechanic speculated about a possible accident, but Seller has no knowledge of any automobile accident at time of posting. It will come with 1 auto car key, which Seller has used to drive and auto unlock vehicle doors. Buyer will need to pick up vehicle at either Seller's Sunnyvale, CA location, or arrange with Seller pick up at San Jose or San Francisco airport locations. Purchase price of vehicle = Bid price + any applicable pay pal costs to Seller (such as with any credit card transaction) + any applicable drop off charges (Seller charges $50.00 for drop off of vehicle at or near SFO or San Jose airport, and no costs to pick up vehicle at Seller's Sunnyvale or Milpitas location). Vehicle has passed smog tests. Buyer will be required to fill out at minimum a state DMV vehicle transfer and reassignment form and a DMV statement of facts form (basically the documents necessary for Buyer to register vehicle, and documents releasing Seller from vehicle registation responsibility), prior to any such title transfer. Buyer will be responsible after Seller provides vehicle registration documents for any DMV vehicle registration. $500.00 vehicle deposit due within 24 hours of winning bid. All other payments should be due shortly thereafter. Seller is open to working with buyer on completing all necessary paperwork necessary for vehicle registration.
