Vehicle Detail
1930 Ford 5 window coupe on 32 rails. pretty period correct late 50's early 60's hot rod. ENGINE= Less than 500 miles on a rebuilt 1957 Lincoln 368 cu. in. +.060 over 8.6 to 1 compression 471 Blower 3v pulley set up, 6x2 holley 94's blower is loose for the street, also didnt want to break anything, so it doesnt create much boost. Just a little at high rpm. Its more for the look. mallory dual point distributor, with mallory box coil custom ground cam, Edmund finned valve covers, edmund fuel regulators TRANNY= Saginaw 4 speed Hydraulic throw out bearing 9 inch rearend limited slip, rear trans leaf, triangulated four link style set up 8 inch cheater slicks on steelies new 6.00x16 firestone pie crust front tires on steelies Buick finned drums on front 4 inch model a dropped axle 1948 front and rear bones mustang 2 steering box 51/2 inch chop I shaped the frame rails to follow the contour of the body and swooped the rear kick ups 5 inch's to get the car a little lower in the rear. Model a rear cross member and a 1" lowering model a front cross member. The body is in good shape, rumble seat deck lid, old chrome garnish moldings they have some surface rust, 36 ford banjo steering wheel. The car is a blast, it does need a few little things finished. . The coupe runs good, defenitely an attention getter. car has its little issues, the blower snout needs new outer seal(not a big deal to change), throwout bearing leaks a little. The body needs to be finished, or just drive it the way it is. I do have all the window garnish moldings, they need to be cut down, no rear or quarter glass. The door glass is good and rolls up and down. It uses original gas tank. Needs new wood kit. It is registered as a 1930 coupe and has 30 license plates. It won 3 trophies at midnight mass car show this year for best engine, best blown engine and best over all pick from a car club, out of 800-1000 cars. Needs shocks put on the rear, friction shocks up front. Its definetly not a race car, but for what it is, its fun and goes pretty good, lots of torque. serious inquires only. Please fill free to CALL if have any questions. I will email more pics to serious buyers.Car will not be released until full payment is made. Thanks alot 805-748-5213mike
