This 1977 Wagoneer is a classic and has spent all it's life in sunny California. This jeep has been well taken care of, so many new parts and upgrades, this jeep has definitely been well maintained. Second owner and continued the trend of caring for this classic. This jeep starts up first crank with no problem, runs, drives, shifts through all the gears and doesn't stall or overheat and features an 8 cylinder 360 and 4 barrell. Brakes are great, tires have 50% tread, heat works, no A/C, equppied with an alarm and motion sensor and power rear window. The truck is rear wheel drive and has 4X4 capabalities, though that has been disengaged to save on gas and because it has no use driving in the city, in L.A. stop and go traffic. However, it can be reconnected. This car passes smog with no problem and has never had any problems doing so. The car was recently taken in for service and inspected by his mechanic for this sale, and mechanic gave the car the green light stating it to be "extremely road worthy." You can get in this truck and drive cross country with no worries. Daily driver up until very recently. Odometer reads 48776 but odometer doesn't work so TMU. In the past month, to make this truck ready for it's new owner, it's been given a new radiator, new oil pump, new water pump, new catalytic converter, new carbuerator, new voltage regulator and new battery. Over $1,700 value! Last year the jeep received an engine overhaul, transmission, upgraded electrical system, master cylinder, spring lifts, shocks, hood latch, re-chromed bumpers, new gas tank and new fule line. The leather seats were also redone as well. There has been A LOT of money invested into this truck!! As the new owner you won't be disappointed. Mechanically this truck is very very sound. Cosmetically, truck is fair. This is a used car. Few things could be redone or fixed, but wear and tear are to expected on a 33 year old truck.
