This is a very nice and fun car to drive with lots of pep!! I get thumbs up everyday when I am with her. The car has been used as a daily around town driver for the last year and gets incredible gas mileage. The top is older but all there. The tires are in very good condition except one front passenger side tire (rims are all fine). Car comes with knock-off rims and very good condition interior. There is a small seam tear (unraveled on the driver side seat). All gears are smooth and transmission and clutch are in perfect working order. Car needs to warm up on early morning starts so use of the choke is needed but only on cold starts after that she runs very smooth and quick down the highway. Car is an older restoration and could use a repaint/touch up. There is no real rust on it except on the trunk lid on the surface in spots and one silver dollar size on the door by the driver side. Body shop said it was not a big issue. I get compliments 5 times a day on it as it looks now. For the price, you cannot beat a better classic "rare " Sunbeam that is all there I promise you that. The previous owner had in since the early 80's and kept it in excellent mechanical condition. Also thedual Stromberg carbs as well. I bought a new battery last spring. Car will need a new solenoid however and I have yet to order it. Car is priced right!! Best of luck bidding.
