Vehicle Detail

You are viewing a 1970 Plymouth Valiant Duster 340 vs29h. The car has it numbers matching 340, auto trans, and a 3.23 suregrip. The car has the original engine, broadcaster sheet, owners manual (with vin stamp), and door vin sticker that match the #s stamped in the body. Being a factory 340 car it has the rallye dash (with uncut radio bezel), disc brakes, 8 3/4, sway bar, and hd torsion bars and springs. The 340 runs stong and has a mild cam, factory exhaust manifolds and air cleaner. The trans does not match but has a shift kit and operates fine. The interior has new legendary bucket covers, new carpet, good dash pad. The door panels and headliner are original and in fair shape. SBP Rallyes with like new tires put the duster on the ground. I believe the car was from the midwest originally as I found a state inspection reciept from MO dated 1979 with the owners manual. The body of the car was treated to an amature paint job a few years ago and was painted petty blue with 1971 stripes. The body is starting to show bubbling in the lower quarters. To be restored I believe the car would need lowers quarters, a trunk floor center (spare area), and a patch on the rocker. Under the hood and the frame rails on this car are beautiful and do not need any work. The passenger fender was sourced from a 72 and therefore has a different marker light. The duster can be enjoyed as is as I have been doing some time now or restored per the original broadcast sheet that comes with the car. It is coded for tx9 black paint, with black interior, and black stripes on the sides and tail of the car. Restored to it's original combo this car would be hard to beat. I am listing this car because I purchased another mopar and have limited space. Winning bidder must send a $500 non refundable deposit with 72 hours of the auctions end. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the car before purchase. I have the car listed for sale locally and retain the right to end the listing at any time. Thanks for looking.
