1982 Suzuki GS

Here is an '82 Suzuki Gs450 automatic, it is being sold "as is", however it can be put back on the road easily enough by someone who know's how to work on bikes or someone willing to invest some money into making it a good running machine. Here's the scoop as I know it, the throttle cable is broke and needs to be replaced. That would not cost all that much to replace. But the thing that would run into some money is the one valve that needs to be replaced. I was told that it is causing the bike to lose power and it's not doing it's job. I can get it to turn over really good, but I can't get it to start. When it was running right, I really enjoyed riding it. You don't have to do all that shifting like you do on a regular bike. There no clutch to play around with, however you do shift from low to high once you get moving, but you don't need a clutch to do it. Everything is simple, easy, and fun! If you think you can do something with this bike and turn it into a good running machine again then be sure and bid! .... Inspection good till the end of December.
