Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is a 1956 Chevrolet 210 4 door sedan in Tropical Turquoise 235 6 cylinder 3 speed manual transmission. This car was recently ran through a shop to make sure it was ready for a daily driver. The following was done to the car: new master cylinder, all new wheel cylinders, machine brake drums, new brake hoses, new tires, new exhaust, Pertronix distributor module, new vacuum advance, rebuilt carburetor, new headlight bulbs, removed intake/exhaust manifolds and resurfaced and replaced gaskets, changed all fluids. All this work was done only 6 months ago. This car runs and drives great, stops well, and has good power for a 6 cylinder. The suspension is good and steering is tight. This is a good driver and has a pretty sharp look to it. The car was owned by the same family since the 60's until I just purchased it. The paint is around 4-5 years old, and seems to be a pretty solid car. The passenger front floor pan has been replaced, but the truck is good and solid. The seats are in good shape, but the car needs carpet and some work inside. Door panels have been removed, but are included in with the car and have the stainless trim intact. The driver's door glass is cracked. The headliner is original and is looking older. The dome light works, cigarette lighter, and wipers. It has the original radio in it, but its not working and I haven't checked into it. If you are looking for a cool old car to drive and tinker with, this would certainly be one to consider. The motor runs like a top and the car just has a good old classic look to it. I wouldn't worry about driving it anywhere.
