Listed here is a 1958 Oldsmobile 88 Two Door Hard Top that would be a good candidate for restoration or a Rat Rod. Car seems to be complete, all stainless is present and in pretty good condition. All chrome is present, will need to be replated. All glass is present, windows roll up and down alright. Body is very straight but does have some rust as you will see in the photos, still solid around where the holes are. Floor pans have some rust, new floor pans are available at a very reasonable price. Has the original 371 V8 Engine, It will run if you dump gas down the Carb, and the automatic transmission will pull the car, I'am sure the new owner will want to go through the Engine and at least change the filters on the transmission. The interior, seats, door panels, headliner is present but will need to be reupholstered. The dash pad is in bad shape. Two Door Hard Top 58 Oldsmobiles don't come along very often. On Sep-25-10 at 17:59:12 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had alot of emails about the condition of the floor pans and trunk pan. There is no rust through, only surface rust. Retains all the original rubber plugs in the plug holes. The body mounts are not rusted out at all. No rust holes in the trunk floor (pan) anywhere, not even in the spare tire well. I have added three new photos of these areas.
