Relisted because the last "winner" was not a legit bidder. Thanks. VERY RARE Euro-spec 230e sedan. Great driver with an exceedingly rare in the US four cylinder engine. This car is a lot faster that your typical 300d (or TD) diesel powered W123 but still gets wonderful fuel efficiency. Runs like a top. You'll search a long time for one without rust. Very straight. This car spent most of its time in the south, then Califorina. NO RUST underneath, NO RUST in the rockerpanels (or jack holes) no rust in the unibody, no rust anywhere and no strange noises going down the road. Inside, no rips in the seats or door panels. Small cracks in the dash but those can be repaired as they aren't cracked badly. All it needs is a new grill and MB star and a set of euro lights and it'll be a great alternative to the very expensive (these days) diesel version of these cars. And gasoline in most places is cheaper than diesel and it doesn't smell like a diesel either! Tires have lots of tread left. Exhaust is very solid, front end is tight with little or no play.
