1978 Pontiac Trans Am OFFERED AT A LOW RESERVE....An all numbers matching. 400 Big Block, 350 Transmission, 10 bolt Rearend. Recently rebuilt the rearend - 308 Eaton carrier, Richmond ring and pinion, all new bearings & seals, and new axle ($900) only 300 miles on car since work was completed. 2 months ago, put new inner and outer tie rods and realignment ($400). Took original quadrajet carb. off car and had acid dipped and replated to original ($350). Original wheels removed and walnut blasted, refinished paint to Argent Silver with Clearcoat. Tires only have apr. 3,000 miles. Last fall I installed new spark plugs & wires, rotor, distributor cap, and fuel filter. Car has new headliner and carpet, dash is in great shape - NO CRACKS. Minor rust in "normal" areas (around fender and rear quarter, but minimal). The frame is in great shape, floor and trunk have no rust. The car was origionally undercoated from the factory and it is still in decent shape. Car drives great, I'm only selling it because I'm buying an older model and don't have time to work on 2 cars at once.
