. The car does need a couple of minor things to make it drivable. The power steering pump is good but, has a bad hose and therefore, will not hold fluid. Also, it needs plugs, wires, cap and rotor. These parts can be ordered and available within two days at most local auto parts stores. The parts will cost around $250.00. The engine was replaced and transmission completely overhauled by previous owners in 2001. The car has 190,000 miles and the engine has around 100,000. We bought the car with the intention of fixing it up and driving it as a daily driver. However, we can no longer afford to fix it and are just trying to get rid of it. The car is at my home, in the driveway and will either need to be towed, trailered or fixed at it's location and driven home. The car does run but is very hard to fire due to the condition of the plugs and wires and such. The car does run and drive beautifully once it's running. Very straight and smooth. Will need tires before winter as well. The car was driven from Mpls to our mechanics shop (about an hour away from the twin cities) and had absolutely no problems other than the steering due to a lack of fluid. The car also needs a drivers side rear taillight lense and a driver side headlight bezel. This would be a great car with a little time and TLC spent on a Saturday afternoon.
