We are a BMW dealership, that has just taken in on trade a lovely 1998 bmw 323 convertible. Clean carfax with no accident indicators. Top works perfect, one very minor nick on back of top, which is displayed in photo. Paint looks great, no dents, top rear window looks great also, no residue or holes, it is a very nice car. The transmission, hesistates when the car is placed into reverse for a few seconds and then the car will go in reverse. When you put the car in drive the transmission will also hesitate for a few seconds and then it kicks into gear and drives fine. The car will eventually need an engine lock, as sometimes when you turn the key it will start right up or you have to take the key out, put it back in, and will start back up. This vehicle has very low miles and will make someone a nice collectors item for very little money, but the transmission will eventually need some tlc. Trans- hesitates for a few seconds, when being placed into reverse or drive and then it kicks into that gear and will operate. Engine lock will be needed eventually as sometimes you have to take key back out when staring up to turn on (very rare this happens), and odometer is a little dim, you can still see miles on car. This is a nice inexpensive CONV. BMW that has no dents, tires are fine, convert. top works and looks great, interior is rather clean, non smoker. As a BMW dealer we strive to describe as much as possible, even if it is very minor. Most dealers would not list some of the items that we have. We Strive For Excellence....
