1965 Honda 300 dream

hello I am selling a barn fresh honda dream that is 99% compleat the only part it seems to be missing is the lower chane guard ,I have started cleaning the bike up and the origanal paint shines . This would make a great bike to restore I do not have a title for it , the elderly lady that i bought it from said it was her husbans and they bought it when it was 3 years old , It was last ridden in the 70s and does not run now the carb is very clean for sitting as long as it did and the throttle is not stuck I am asking 650 and will end the listing if the bike sells .
