Up for auction is a 1930-31 Model A Roadster Body. What you see in the pictures is what goes with this sale. This is not a perfect rust free body, but is a excellent start for anyone wanting to build a Ford Roadster. Body has the original roadster doors. The doors are dented up and look tough, but they are very solid inside and out. Doors are very fixable, but will need to be taken apart and straightened. Body has some rust on top of driver side quarter, otherwise, body is very solid. Rear portion of the body has been removed and then reattached at some point in time. I did not do the work on this body and have no idea of how long ago this was done. Not a perfect job, but metal is solid and will need to be finished. The firewall area is very solid. Lower cowl structure is very solid. One spot of rust on the passenger lower outside of cowl. The top of cowl/fuel tank has a couple bad spots on the passenger side, but is overall pretty good. Fuel tank has rusted through. The rear section of the car is very solid. Few small spots of rust in the lower wheel well area. Sills on both sides are very solid, but repair will need to be done in the middle where it was cut. Seat riser is very solid and in good condition. Trunk lid is in fair condition. Inner structure is overall good, but does have some rust. Outside of lid has some of the usual rust spots. In the pictures, the deck lid section between the trunk lid and seat can be viewed. This piece is in poor condition, but could be used if desired. As previously stated, this is not a perfect piece, but a very desireable hot rod or rat rod project. Please view the listed pictures or ask questions if desired. I I will not be parting out this project, so please do not ask. This vehicle is for sale within the United States Only. This project will need to be trailered or hauled. Buyer will need to abide by all laws, etc. This body will fit in the back of a pickup truck without any problems. Payment to be Certified Cashier's check from US Bank or cash in person. Full payment to be recieved within 7 days of close of auction. Vehicle will not be released until payment has cleared my bank. Vehicle to be picked up within 30 days. This project is being sold without a title. I will gladly provide a bill of sale upon request.
