Up for auction is a package deal of "three" 65 mercury comets. The bidding is for the convertible and the other two are 2 door hardtops to go along with as a package for parts for convertible or possibly restore one or all. These are all in need of total restorations but the convertible is the better of the three and hardtops as good donor cars. They all have rust in the usual comet places ( quarter panels) and some in the floor of the convertible. these have been sitting for some time and have not been moved but the owner will have all three moveable at the time of sale.The glass is mostly good in all three, no major cracks in windshield of the convertible and there are spare pieces of glass to go along with sale.The convetible has a 289 and automatic transmission, the tan 65 has no motor or trans and black 65 has a 6 cylinder and auto. There are no grills on either of the three but 1 perfect grill will also be provided along with extra bumpers front and back. There are no titles but the owner is dillagently looking for the one for the comet but if not found a bill of sale will be provided. The owner also wants to express that he can help move these to high bidders location and details can be discuused at time of sale if he wishes.
