Fees

Out of State Buyers

Out of state buyers are not required to pay taxes, title or title fees in the state of Arizona if they get the vehicle shipped to them and customer is responsible for registration and fees for the vehicle in their home state. If an out of state buyer picks up the vehicle in Arizona they are required to pay Arizona TPT tax on the vehicle. Arizona law states the taxes must be paid in the state where the vehicle is picked up. If an out of state buyer picks the vehicle up in Arizona and pays Arizona TPT tax they will get a refund of the tax when they register the vehicle in their home state.

Taxes and Fees

All vehicle sales will be required to pay a $10 title fee.

All vechiles are subject to the Arizona TPT tax fees of 6.9%.

EX: Purchase price of $5,000 x 6.9% = $345 for a total of $5,345

Winning bidders must submit a $500 deposit within 1 business day of auction close to hold the vehicle. The remaining balance (including fees and taxes) will be due within 5 calendar days of auction close. All funds must be received before delivery of the vehicle. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. All non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay and negative feedback will be posted by Fashion Motors.

We usually have all titles in our possession but there are occassion where we wait for them to arrive. Title will be sent to our buyers via overnight delivery with proper tracking. All vehicles that Fashion Motors auction have clean and clear titles. NO SALVAGE!
