I received this bike in May from my Grandfather-in-law. It has ABS brakes. I put about 400 miles on it and decided I wanted a smaller bike. This bike has always been garaged and well maintained. My grandfather-in-law was the original owner and took excellent care of it. There are some scuffs and scratches on the right saddle bag but other then that, the bike is beautiful and clean. Feel free to ask questions. I will not ship and will only receive cash in person. Full disclosure: I have had a lot of questions on the condition of the bike (I don't have the best pictures in the world) and I've had a lot of questions about the history of the bike (past service etc...). So, today I spoke with the guy I got the bike from (last May) and got all the information. He was the original owner. Here it is: History: -Regular service and maintenance but NO BMW specified 6,000 mile service. I am taking the bike into the BMW shop tomorrow to have that completed. -The bike WAS dropped in some gravel at around 2,000 miles (he was standing, not moving and he assured me he let it down as gently as he could.) Condition: -It is in excellent condition, but there are some minor scratches on the visor, and a few along the right side where it touched the gravel. -You saw the saddle bags. -There is light surface rust on the cable shielding on the left front side. I sincerely apologize for not having this information from the beginning.
