THE CAR IS OUT OF THIS WORLD !! Allow me the opportunity to take you on a personal tour of this RARE AND ONE OF A KIND 2008 MERCEDES-BENZ SL55 AMG convertible. The car has only 2,912 miles since new. This impressive SL55 CONVERTIBLE features a gorgeous Black exterior, along with an incredibly beautiful Black AMG Premium leather interior. Features include a FULLY AUTOMATIC FOLDING HARDTOP, THE PREMIUM I PACKAGE (Active Ventilated Seats, Bi-Xenon headlamps, Cornering fog lamps, Keyless Go), PARKTRONIC, VOICE CONTROL, PANORAMA ROOF with SUNSHADE, ELECTRONIC TRUNK CLOSER, ACTIVE BODY CONTROL and DVD COMAND NAVIGATION SYSTEM. This car is very special. The owner had the doors custom fitted by Renn Tech in Lake Park, Florida. The doors open about 18 inches and then extend upwards on a single piston and they work perfectly. The car now looks like an SLR McLaren. The hinge which operates every time the door is opened has been welded on to the frame of the car which is the right way to do the job. The cost to have this done was in excess of $15,000. This incredible roadster is free of any dents, scratches or unsightly parking lot door dings, and the glossy finish is just beautiful. The interior is in showroom condition as well. You can not tell the car from the day it rolled off the showroom floor other than the intense modification. This car has NEVER been hit or in an accident of any kind. As a disclaimer for the custom work which was done on the door hinges, including the welding on to the frame of the car, Mercedes Benz sold the car to have frame damage. As you can see in its Carfax and Autocheck reports the car has never been in an accident. I have had the good fortune of driving this exceptional 2008 Mercedes SL55 on several occasions, and it drives like brand new, no wind noises as the doors fit perfectly. This vehicle was bought new on September 29, 2007 and it is under limited factory warranty until September 28, 2011 or the accumulation of 50,000 miles. I have all the original owners manuals, the original window sticker, which exceedes $139,0000 and both smart keys.
