The 3 wheeler is in above average condition for it's model year. The plastic is good condition, the seat has a few tears at the rear, the rear tires are new, the brakes are in proper working order. It also has the factory tool kit and owner's manual. The downside of the 3 wheeler is the steel gas tank has the sides dented in. I was told by the previous owner it happened from the gas tank being poorly vented. After it happened, they used Honda touch up to keep the paint from rusting. The tank is solid, no visible rust, the inside is very clean also. It does not affect the operation of the 3 wheeler, see pictures. It has a clear Illinois title.
