So little to go wrong, so few miles this Ranger should last a long time. My parent's purchased this '06 Ranger new in January of '07 for my Dad's use, sadly he is no longer able to drive and they want to sell the vehicle. They purchased a base vehicle - No Air Conditioning, 2 Wheel Drive, 5 speed manual transmission, basic ABS, 7 foot bed, and no other gadgets to break. This was going to be Dad's last truck and he just wanted basic transportation. He didn't drive it much, the mileage listed is correct. Of course at 89 he did bump into a few things, there are some small dents and scratches on the wheel flares (the biggest one is on the passenger side front flare). The interior looks like new and of course all the controls work. Mechanically I'm not aware of any problems - now or in the past, all he did was basic maintenance. It passed Colorado Vehicle emissions check in January 2010, but it's also Certified for sale in California.
