1991 GMC SLE R1500 with 143,000 Miles..... Great mechanical condition and interior... this roomy old SUV has lots of miles left in it!! Body decent with minor dents (see right side picture), scratches, and some paint fading on roof and door tops. Dashboard has some cracks the seats/upholstery and carpets are in very good shape. It's recently had a new radiator, and starter (a good one not an auto parts store rebuilt) This was the most loaded Suburban you could get in 1991 (see attached original window sticker) and everything still works (OK, I'm not sure about the rear defroster) including the dual A/C which keeps this old SUV comfy even on 100 + degree days. The tires have less than 10,000 on them and as you can see in the picture are wearing very evenly -- no alignment problems here. Also included is a set of low miles, studded, traction tires on separate wheels. It gets around very well in the winter with these on. (you may not need them -- if you don't live on a steep, unpaved road like we do, the AT tires will get you around fine. But, you still have to take them because I have nothing else they'll fit) Additions to original include a K&N air filter, flowmaster exhaust and evergreen performance chip (never had a problem passing AZ emmissions with this) and stereo with CD (I still have the OEM unit but the cassette deck doesn't work and it didn't have a CD player). Recently installed a new O2 sensor and fuel injectors. It gets great gas mileage for it's size. 13-14 mpg around town and 17-18 on the hiway. Does even better if you can find gasoline without alcohol. Always a non-smoking vehicle, no odors!!! We purchased this from a dealership in Phoenix when it was 2 or 3 years old.
