I HAVE A 1970 PONTIAC GTO THAT I STARTED RESTORING A FEW YEARS AGO. THIS IS A COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED CAR. I RAN A FULL TIME RESTORATION SHOP AND PERFORMED ALL THE WORK ON THIS CAR MYSELF. THIS CAR WAS GOING TO BE MY PERSONAL CAR TO DRIVE AND SHOW. I WILL LIST EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH THE CAR. FRAME THE FRAME WAS SANDBLASTED AND POWDER COATED. UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS,TRANS CROSSMEMBER WERE ALSO POWDER COATED. THIS WAS DONE IN A SEMI GLOSS FINISH. THE FRONT SUSPENSION IS ALL NEW. I USED MOOG AND TRW PARTS. ALL BUSHING , BALL JOINTS, INNER AND OUTER TIE ROD ENDS ETC. EVERYTHING IS NEW ALL BRAKE LINES , FUEL LINES AND EMERGENCY LINES ARE NEW (IN LINE TUBES) STEERING SECTOR, HOSES, PUMP ETC ARE NEW OR REBUILT. FRONT BRAKE ROTORS,CALIPERS, LINES, BEARING, SEALS, PADS, BACKING PLATES ETC. ARE NEW OR REBUILT REAR END IS A 3.23 ORIGINAL TO THE CAR. NO BRAKES ARE ON THE REAR. THE REAR END WAS SANDBLASTED AND PAINTED WITH THE CORRECT SEMI-GLOSS. HAS ORIGINAL BOXED LOWER CONTROL ARMS WITH SWAY BAR. I USED CORRECT NEW OR REPLATED NUTS AND BOLTS THROUGHOUT THE RESTORATION. ALSO CORRECT LINE CLAMPS WERE USED HAS NEW CORRECT REPRODUCTION SPIRAL SHOCKS THE EXHAUST IS TORQUE TECH 2.5 ALUMINUMIZED PIPES WITH SUPER DYNOMAX 20'' MUFFLERS. ALSO HAS CORRECT CLAMPS AND HANGERS. I HAVE OVER $ 5000.00 IN THE FRAME SETUP ALONE THE BODY THE BODY SHELL, DOORS, FENDERS, HOOD, DECK LID, RADIATOR SUPPORT AND TWO ENDURA FRONT BUMPERS AND REAR BUMPER ARE ALSO INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION. THE PANELS WERE CHEMICAL DIPPED AND PRIMED (EXCEPT DOORS) THE BODY'S ROOF, QUARTER PANELS AND FLOOR PANS HAVE BEEN MEDIA BLASTED, ACID ETCHED AND THEN PRIMED WITH DP90 EXPOXY PRIMER. THERE IS SOME RUST HOLES AROUND THE BACK GLASS AND UPPER WINDSHIELD. THE QUARTERS HAVE SOME HOLES IN THE CORNERS AND UNDERSIDE. NOT BAD. THE BODY HAS SEVERAL DENTS THAT WILL NEED REPAIRING. THE FRONT FENDERS ONLY HAVE SOME SMALL DENTS TO REPAIR. NO RUST OR RUST REPAIR IN LOWER PANELS. HOOD IS ORIGINAL AND NOT KINKED. SOME RUST HOLES NEAR THE REAR WERE WELDED UP. OVERALL A NICE HOOD. DECK LID IS SAME CONDITION AS HOOD. DOORS ARE NICE WITH JUST SURFACE RUST . NO RUST THROUGH. FRONT ENDURA BUMPERS AND REAR BUMPER ARE USABLE BUT DO HAVE SOME DENTS AND BENDS. NO FRONT BUMPER BRACKETS. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION THE ENGINE AND TRANS ARE MATCHING NUMBER THE ENGINE WAS REBUILT ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO. PROBABLY HAS AROUND 10,000 MILES SINCE REBUILD. I DIDN'T DO THE WORK SO I'M GOING ON THE PREVIOUS OWNERS STATEMENT. HAD RAM AIR III HEADS ON IT WHEN I PURCHASED IT (NOT INCLUDED IN AUCTION) . IT NOW HAS A CORRECT SET OF DATE CODED STANDARD HEADS. THEY WILL NEED TO BE REBUILT. THE ENGINE IS COMPLETE LESS CARB. AND SOME BRACKETS. THE TRANSMISSIN IS ORIGINAL AND WAS WORKING FINE WHEN IT WAS REMOVED. PROBABLY SHOULD BE REBUILT. WHEELS AND TIRES 14 X 6 RALLEY II WHEELS- CODE JT CORRECT FOR 70. MEDIA BLASTED DP90 PRIMER . PAINTED WITH CORRECT COLOR SILVER/GRAY. NOS CENTER CAPS. REPO TRIM RINGS. NEW REPRODUCTION FIRESTONE WIDE OVALS. I KNOW THIS IS A BIG RESTORATION PROJECT FOR SOMEONE AND YOU WILL NEED A PARTS CAR TO COMPLETE IT. OVERALL THIS GTO IS A MATCHING NUMBER SOLID CAR WITH A LOT OF THE WORK ALREADY DONE. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR MORE PICTURES NO TITLE OR REGISTRATION. GEORGIA DOESN'T REQUIRE A TITLE ON CARS OVER 15 YEARS OLD . MOST PEOPLE NEVER TRANSFERED THEM. I WILL GIVE THE WINNER A BILL OF SALE WHEN THE CAR IS PICKED UP.
