Don't let the miles fool you! This vehicle has been very well maintained and continues to be a superb reliable daily driver! SUBJECT TO LOCAL SALE - Bidding could be closed early. I have a TON of maintenance, upgrades, and $$$$ in this Suburban - the only reason I am selling it is because I am being relocated to D.C. where a large vehicle like this is not practical unless you are a congressman! Loaded with the top-of-the-line SLT package! Fuel Injected Vortec 5.7L Engine Great privacy tint windows. Built in DVD entertainment system to keep the kids or passengers occupied. 2 full leather bench seats in in rear. 3rd bench is removable for more stowing space. Bucket seats in front, both have power seats. I have BOTH door remotes which also operate the back cargo window. Pardon the photos, it has been raining off and on here even though it is in the 100's! Yes, no Dry Heat in AZ! When this is washed and waxed it is totally gorgeous! what you are seeing is either rain/dirt spots or reflections. This has a rich deep black paint job. Tires are in excellent condition, new brake job last month (lifetime) all around. Has AM/FM stereo, cassette tape deck and CD. The GPS mount on the dash does not convey. Just renewed the plates (do not convey) but if your in AZ you don't have to worry about smog inspection for another 2 years! Even with it being a large vehicle I average 17MPG around town because I take very good care of it. ALL maintenance, oil, lube etc. always performed when needed. Just had the Tranny flushed and serviced last month too! Compression was checked at the time of a FULL tuneup several months ago and was like new! Notorious GM vehicle head gasket issue was already taken care of, thus when I installed the heavy duty cooling system at the same time. New high-performance fuel pump. New dual catalytic converters on high performance dual exhaust system. 42 gallon tank perfect for long hauls! Does NOT go through oil at all! still on "mark" every time I take it in for service. Known issues: a couple of the door locks stick when trying to open with re mote (rear doors) and one of the rear door windows needs a new switch. The vehicle is not brand new thus not perfect but it sure is nice! Any flaws are minor cosmetic, all mechanical is awesome! Last year put in a totally NEW air conditioning system and heavy duty radiator and cooling system. Warranty still exist. This is a font and rear air/heat system! As you can see, I took care of ALL the major mechanical issues to keep this a very reliable vehicle, I'm going to miss it! Push-button 4x4 works great! Someone is going to get a steal on this great vehicle! Bumper stickers will be removed Has heavy duty Class III tow hitch and tow package! Heavy duty tow hooks come in handy pulling your friends cars out of trouble! Installed newer halogen headlamps for better night visibility Part of center console is built in multi-unit garage door opener!
