This sale is born of frustration. My car will not start and I no longer want to own her. Perhaps there is air in the fuel line and the fix is trivial. Perhaps the injector pump is no good. I don't care to know the problem or find the solution. I want her out of my life asap. Several years ago I travelled to Annapolis with the sole purpose of converting the car for use with wvo (waste vegetable oil). The car ran 35,000 on the wvo. There were many good memories, but it is time for me to move on. Someone else must deal with owning a 28 yr old vehicle. I am not that guy anymore. Forgive the poor quality of the photos (camera phone) and my lack of sale preparation. The repair info below is from memory. There is a modest reserve. If it is not met, I'll donate the car to charity. Good luck with the bidding. * purchased in Annapolis, MD in May, 2008 for $7500 (ebay auction), 194000 miles * driven 35,000 miles on wvo (grease car kit - dual tank system) * passed MA inspection in June, 2010 * new: 4 tires, clutch master cylinder, battery, wvo filter, diesel filter * fairly new: clutch, shifter and linkage, axle, electric fuel pump (secondary), altenator, brakes (i think), starter? * no cracks in dash or tears in tan upholstery (faux leather) * appears to be original paint and hubcaps * sun roof, radio w/ lousy speakers
