Up for sale is my 1968 Dodge Dart, I drive this car every day to and from work without a problem. BODY: straight and very clean. Some small bubbles around the drivers side rear quarter. Other than that just minor surface blemishes, little dings and such but for the most part a nice straight vehicle. Doors are solid and hinges are good. New glass front and back. Trunk lid is solid and closes straight, rocker panels are solid as is trunk (new trunk pan). All trim is present and in good condition. Both the hemi hood and flat hood are included. Rear spring inboard relocation kit installed to accommodate larger tires. Frame is good condition, only glass on car is what was used to blend in partial quarter panel replacements (previous owner). DRIVETRAIN: 727 transmission with a TCI streetfighter valve body and B&M 2700 stall converter, new drive-shaft, all new u-joints, 8 3/4 rear with 3:55 gears. Drums in the rear, disc in the front, new brake hardware, pads and shoes, new master cylinder. New rims and tires. ENGINE: 440, Edelbrock performer RPM intake, Holley 770 street avenger carb, new fuel pump and fuel line, reconditioned heads with new rockers, springs, and pushrods. Stock cam and pistons, new connecting rod bearings. Shumacker headers with Thrush welded mufflers, high torque mini starter, new high flow water pump, aluminum radiator, new race fan. Completely new MSD ignition system: Billet distributor, 8.5mm super conductor wires, 6AL ignition, and blaster 2 coil. MISC: new manual steering box, new shocks, new gas tank. Mancini racing frame connectors are included but not installed. Brand new outer door handles and side view mirror are included. Car was once a 3 speed on column, old pedal set is included as is original power steering unit. Original 1968 Dodge Dart Service Manuals included. 4 spare tires that hold air are included. INTERIOR: all panels and pieces are present except for the piece that sits below the rear window (luggage tray), the piece that goes behind the back seat to separate the trunk from the interior, and the head liner (I have all the metal bows). The carpet is brand new. The Dash is in great shape, all gauges work except the gas gauge and temp gauges are intermittent, a full replacement instrument panel is included. The seats, splint bench in front and bench in back both need reupholstering. The heater box is present but removed, the heater core status is unknown. To sweeten the sale and hopefully ensure we reach the reserve price, a new Lincoln Mig welder, DeWalt Chop Saw and an Oxy/Acetylene tank set (80/75) with regulators, lines, and torch set will be put in the trunk.
