1964 El Camino project car with a lot of the hard work done. This car was a barn find that had been sitting for over 25 years. The only rust was in the floor due to rats building nests over the years. The car was taken down to bare metal and primed except for the bed. Rear quarters had some damage and were replaced with new weld in panels. New floor welded in as well as new rocker panels. No motor or tranny. Have all of the chrome, dash, original split fold down seat, bumpers, rear glass and side windows. Steering column, heater core and fan, inner fenders, headlight assembly and grill, rear end and front suspension, radiator, door and window handles, insignias, and master cylinder. All parts are original. Also have a second complete chrome set and hood to be sold seperate if interested. No serious rust issues after above mentioned panel replacements. Bed has minor surface rust. Frame has surface rust but solid. The owner died several years ago and his son could not find the title. It would be very easy to apply for lost title on a car this old in Texas and would not be a problem. Many states will register with just a VIN on old cars like this. Lost interest and need the space in my shop. No reserve. I will take a cashier's check, cash, or personal check but car will not be released until check clears. payment due in 7 days after auction closes. Must pick up within 3 weeks. Would be glad to help load. Car is on a rolling chasis although tires are junk. Body is not bolted to frame as i never got around to blasting and painting it.
