1970 Mustang Up for sale is this Rare / Clean 1970 Grande Mustang part of a private collection, only 13000 produced, more Mach 1’s and fastbacks produced than this car in 1970. Coded (F) for a V8 engine, It has a professionally built big block 429, (Not Original) Cobra jet heads, Ram Air and aluminum semi high rise intake, accel ignition, custom headers. Solid strong C6 automatic transmission attached to a 9 inch 391 traction lock rear end. This car has it's original body and floor panels (not a cut-up car)with a GT flat black hood scheme and functional ram air scoop. Painted in 1970 highlander green with a sleek black top and magnum 500 rims and Goodyear gt‘s and Disc brakes. All the chrome is show room beautiful. The interior is the deluxe package with houndstooth cloth high back bucket seats and wood grained set in all black interior with the rally clock, (All original except for shifter and steering wheel). Additional Details: Body and Paint: The paint on this vehicle is average condition, torque boxes in great shape along with lower quarters, door corners with no rust. These are very normal places to find rust in Mustangs of this vintage with nearly all cars having some rust in these areas. The rockers and frame rails are in good condition as are the shock towers. This car would provide a great opportunity to own a muscle car. This vehicle was made in Dearborn MI, Ordered and puchased by a Ford engineer, sold to a NASA engineer and now being sold on EBAY The wheels and tires are best described as excellent or brand new condition...tires are about 98% tread. These wheels look excellent and really fit the car well. This fits the car perfectly with no rubbing issues and with nice, full, wheelwells!!!
