1951 Willys Jeep - 39840 original miles. This 1951 Willys Jeep has been in the family since the mid '50's. It has always been stored in a garage when not in use, so has very little rust. Unfortunately, my son ran it low on oil when four wheeling in high school and spun a bearing, so it needs engine work to make it operational again. Other than that rather large issue, the jeep has always been mechanically sound. This jeep has been equipped with a 6' western snow blade which operates hydraulically from equipment installed in the engine compartment. At the time of the engine damage this plow and lift mechanism was working properly. The speedometer works so the mileage is accurate, but the needle is broken. To the best of my recollection all gauges are original and were working properly when running. The Jeep was painted once many years ago, and the seats have been redone. The engine is a replacement of the same vintage as the original motor. Hopefully you can see the condition from the photographs included.
