I am the original owner of this 1988 Jeep Wrangler. I received it with 3/10's of one mile and it now has 183,000 highway miles on the body only. In 2008 I replaced the engine block with a new Jasper straight 6 cylinder engine. It has about 12-15k miles on it. I also the the transmission rebuilt the following summer. This vehicle will last another 20 years. just needs the right owner. This is a perfect vehicle as a tow behind for the RV'ers because you do not need to disengage the driveshaft. Just pop the 4 x 4 Jeep into neutral. There are some small needs. It is time to replace the front windshield frame again. Any Jeep person will tell you that this is common. Does not come with a stereo. Front five gauges do not work. Speedometer and Tach do. The perfect buyer would be a Jeep knowledgable person who sees the value in this model and has the desire to make it even cooler by adding a few of the many Jeep accessories. They are fun to own!
