Up for your consideration... 1949 Chevy 3100 pickup truck. 2 tone paint silver/gray with pink/purple pin stripping. The motor is also powder coat to match the exterior paint. Not sure about the mileage on this truck... speedo reads 54484. The exterior of the truck has been done since 89' . Everything under the hood is new with less than 500 miles. New from Radiator to U joints. Fresh 350 motor ... Fresh 700R4 trans w/Lokar vintage 23" shifter ... mild camshaft ... New exhaust system w/ cherry bomb mufflers (sounds great) New Edelbrock 600 carb w/ electric choke and intake ... New HEI Billet distributor ... New K&N Air filter ... Dana 60 rearend ... Power Steering ... Power Brakes ... American Racing wheels w/ good rubber ... Bumpers and grill have good chrome. 1" oak plywood in bed ... stained and treated for the weather. As you can see in the pictures there are little holes in the dash from the dash pad the prior owner had taken off. I do not have the original radio, but, there is a AM/FM/CD radio installed w/speakers. The seats are out of an old Izuzu, they fit nicely, but, I did see a truck like this at a show last year and he had 1998 Dodge Durango seats in it that were just great looking and fuctional. The Durango seats lift up for storage. If I were going to keep the truck that's what I would have done. This truck will cruze @ 70 MPH @ 1700 RPM. Went to Kalamozoo Michigan for Street rod nats in 2008-09 without a problem. I would keep it but there not a lot of room in it.
