This is a turnkey ready to race or drive Camaro, this car easily lifts the front tires on the BFG drag radials! It's a high 9 second quarter mile, 600+hp, fully street legal Chevy Camaro with a car trailer that is fully custom with a Strange Engineering 12 bolt rear axle, AJE tubular front end with PA racing custom suspension components including coil over suspension and Aerospace Engineering billet 4 piston caliper brake system. Coan 8” converter, TCI powerglide, and B&M carbon fiber proshifter get you through the gears. This car was built to run NMCA Mean Street Class and every item is aftermarket and top of the line, Ive put over $30,000 into this car and its all new item’s, I have a folder with all part #’s , receipts, blueprint work, and dyno sheets,,less than 20 passes on this car since it was built! I had to move to the Midwest and can no longer use this car for the purpose I built it for, and need the shop space so it needs to go! Camaro meets all rules to run NMCA Mean Street heads up class Runs high 9 second quarter mile times with drag radials and is Street Legal! CAR HAS A CLEAN TITLE AND CAN BE TAGGED IN ANY STATE This car was built for the NMCA “Mean Street” class and meets all class rules for this “street legal” heads up professional drag racing class. This car has only been down the track about 20 times since building it for this class, all products on the car are like new. The car is actually street legal per NMCA rules with a full interior, working lights, full exhaust with mufflers (although its race only items and very loud), and street legal BFG drag radials. This spec engine which is limited to only certain heads, cam specs, etc produces over 600 dyno proven horsepower and runs low 10’s on street legal tires and high 9’s with full slicks. There is well over $30k invested in this car and it would make a great race car or very aggressive street car. Parts on this car include: Strange Engineering P12BP-Super 3 12 bolt rear axle w/disc brakes full spool and 4.10 gears have receipt where I paid $2430- for this rear end. 350 block with Lunati splayed main caps, ARP main and head studs. BHJ torque plate honed and milled with BHJ deck-tru fixture. Rotating assembly consisting of Lunati 3.480 stroke 4340 ultralight 44lb crankshaft, Childs & Albert ultralight 6” aluminum rods and Wiseco lightweight forged racing pistons. Assembly has been smooth balanced on a CNC lathe, no balance holes to create windage. All paperwork included. Bob weight is an amazingly light 1435 grams! Brodix Race Rite heads have been fitted with Ferrea 2.02/1.60 hollow stem racing valves, ISKY silicon dual springs, comp cams screw in studs/guide plates, comp cams stud girdle, comp cams 1.6 steel hi-tech series roller rocker arms. Heads angle milled to 51cc combustion chambers. Custom ground Cam Motion camshaft with dual firing order swap, Cloyes Hexadjust timing set with Cloyes timing cover allows easy cam timing adjustments that helped to dyno tune this engine. ISKY CNC ultralight solid lifters and Comp Hi-Tech pushrods finish off the valvetrain. Pan is a Hamburger drag pan with trap doors, scrapers and screen. Holley dominator intake, with a BIGS custom built stage 5 750 double pumper that was over $800-. HVH super sucker also used under carb. Engine was professionally built at White Performance Racing Engines in Tennessee and dyno tuned and tested to max horsepower. All dyno, engine blueprinting and balance sheets included. Paperwork and instructions for almost all parts is included in a organized binder. This engine produced 605HP on 108 octane C4 VP fuel which is spec fuel for the mean street class. Stock fuel tank was removed and had a sump welded on it with -8 fittings and -8 braided lines run all the way to the carb. Holley dominator electric pump used with bypass returning to the tank sump. The ignition is MSD with a MSD 6AL box, MSD wires, MSD Pro-Billet distributer. Water pump is an electric Mezire pump that is over $300-. Brand new TCI Powerglide with Pro Trans-brake, hardened TH350/400 spline input shaft and deep aluminum finned pan, over $1400- invested. Shifted with B&M Carbon Fiber Magnum Grip Pro Stick Shifter. Converter is an 8” COAN w/5600 stall and anti-ballooning plates; converter was over $900- Custom built lightweight aluminum driveshaft attaches the TCI Powerglide to the Strange rear axle. Rear suspension has drag springs, QA1 adjustable drag shocks, Spohn chrome moly tubular torque link that mounts to the frame mounted tubular Powerglide cross member for great weight transfer. Lakewood tubular lower rear control arms also used. Pinion angle etc is fully adjustable. Front suspension consists of an AJE chromemoly tubular K-Member with bolt on lightweight flaming river rack & pinion. Spohn chromemoly tubular control arms with an AJE coil-over Springs and Strange drag struts. The front brakes are Aerospace Engineering which is a $750- lightweight kit that saves over 35lbs! The calipers are 4 piston billet with aggressive stopping power pads. Rotors are thin crossdrilled Aerospace units also. Rear brakes are also thin disc with lightweight aluminum bolt on calipers, parking brake built into calipers still works. The brakes are operated by a Wilwood racing manual master cylinder. Tires in the rear are class rule BFG drag radials with small Mickey Thompson front tires. Very lightweight Weld ultralight billet center wheels are used front and rear, wheels and tires are over $1500- and like new. Car is painted Dodge Viper Red and is an 89 Chassis but all body styling is 91/92 Z28. The exhaust uses custom built Lemon’s racing headers with large stahl pattern flange, fittings on each tube for pyrometer sensors, removeable collectors with O2 fittings. These are ceramic coated and cost over $1750- for the headers! Then per class rules its dual 3” exhaust with Flowmaster race mufflers that goes back to 12” before the rear axle centerline. The interior is stock appearing with red doorpanels and interior trim. New black carpet and 2 aluminum racing seats w/harness. Steering wheel is a custom Billet Specialites $475- wheel wrapped in red leather with 2 pushbuttons for trannybrake and the Hurst line-loc. Custom Covan’s customs gauge cluster and large autometer monster memory tachometer w shift light. All items function perfect and all windows, door handles, locks, lights etc operate as new.
