1960 Jaguar MK IX This is an excellent example of an un- molested and un-restored Jag MK IX It runs, shifts and stops well. It is an an excellent opportunity for someone to work on a car while enjoying it. The engine starts easily with little or no smoke, oil pressure is good. The exhaust will require some attention. The right fuel tank and pump have both been replaced. The left pump will need repaired/replaced. The water pump and some of the hoses have also been replaced. There is little rust and I have tried to photograph the worst. The paint is fair but presentable. The leather interior is in good condition and will require a good cleaning. The head liner and carpets will require replacement. The wood is beautiful and will require only minor touch-up to certain areas of the finish. Inspection is welcome and encouraged.
