Selling 1985 mercedes 300cd. I have had the car for about 3 years has 165,000 miles. Since I have owned it I have replaced the front fenders, trunk lid and have had the car repainted ppg two stage clear coat, base coat. All front suspention components have been replaced except for the shocks. Fuel filters have been replaced, valves have been adjusted new air filter, and new battery. A/C system is functional, replaced receiver dryer, expansion valve and O rings. Mechanical fan has been replaced with an electric fan and the radiator is also new. Entire cooling system was flushed with citric acid flush, car stays cool even on the hottest days of summer, has proper mercedes coolant(yellowish orange), block heater works for all winter use. Climate control system works, control unit circuit boards have all been resoldered. All vacuum motors operate for proper vent control, replaced the upper motor with new motor. All gauges function. Has after market radio, sounds great, have original radio that goes with the car. Sunroof works, power antenna works, and the rear defroster works. On the bad side, the passenger mirror does not function properly, the reserve fuel light comes on early, and the back upper seat is in need of replacement or repair. This has been a great car for the time I have had it, I have driven it almost everyday for the past 2 years to work, on long trips, short trips, runs great. Very limited winter use.
