Bike runs very well and looks great for the year. Was a great commuter bike for the two summers I rode it. Unfortunately I have to carry equipment for my job and can't use it for commuting anymore. The backrest is included, I took it off because I liked the look of the bike better without it on, and so I could strap a backpack to the back area. I changed the oil before putting it away last winter. The front fork seals and front fork oil were replaced in June or July of 2008. The bike is in very ridable shape although the tires are old and may need to be replaced before its next inspection. Seat is in great shape and doesn't have any rips. Bike was always stored inside, both by the previous female owner and myself. The gas tank is in fantastic shape on the inside and has zero rust. The manual for the bike is included. This was my first motorcycle and I have dropped it a couple times. I cracked the front bucket for the headlight which you can see up close in a picture. I glued the crack in the bucket back together but the epoxy let go after a few weeks. A new plastic bucket is around $40 I believe. All in all a great bike and I'm sorry to see it go but I don't ride it anymore, I hope someone enjoys riding this as much as I did.On Jul-17-10 at 14:43:08 PDT, seller added the following information:I believe I installed a new battery in 2008.
