Bought from orig owner in SC - owned past 20yrs - 7000miles per year all in SC and NC. Great handling and very fun tho we didnt drive it hard. Engine, trans, clutch, brakes, handling, all strong... Yesterday did test car to 55mph in 2nd gear redline and 82mph in 3rd, will let u test 4th and 5th. Economy low 20s/mid 20s mpg intown/hwy on regular gas. Body good, no leaks -- interior good, 14-way power driver seat. Huge hatchback makes great hauler. Exterior could use polish and touchup or repaint (see paint flake front bumper). Needs some diagnosis on heating-aircond system -- blows hot air, tho compressor/freon are good; could be old vacuum controls under dash. V6 engine is Z31 ('84-89). Owners forums such as 'nicoclub.com' and 'Z31.com' and 'zdriver.com' are helpful ; google 'forums for 300zx'. Online parts readily avail too. Have 20yr history folder going back to 1990. Also check autotrader.com, nadaguides.com, and kbb.com for comparable values. Clear title signed over will include sale price and odometer as needed for buyer to register and title.
