1969 Camaro Original RS/SS Car READY FOR PAINT AND BUILD Up for auction is a 1969 Camaro RS/SS that has been professionally prepped for paint by So Cal Paintworks in Santee, CA. Have a look at their web site to see their award winning work. I purchased this virtually rust-free California Camaro about 3 years ago as “inventory” in my muscle car building business, and had So Cal Paintworks do all the work required to prepare it for paint. The bottom fell out of the custom muscle car biz, and I am now liquidating what I have left. This was an original RS/SS Camaro, factory painted in a non-Chevrolet color (as indicated on the cowl tag.) It was an air car with many options, including the rare fold down rear seat. The interior parts, including the seats, console, fold down hardware, etc. are all going with the car. The original SS chrome hood trim is also present, along with the hideaway headlamp mechanicals and actuators. There is NO ENGINE and NO DRIVETRAIN. So it will clearly not be a numbers matching car when finished. I have not provided photos of all of the interior parts and exterior trim that come with this car, so if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. I would like to repeat that the body work has been completed in a very, very professional and perfect fashion. This car is READY to be BUILT into a super nice Camaro.
